The staff is really rude and the location is filthy on the inside. Will never order there again
Staff are always friendly. Every time I go there Jason greets me with a smile. He is professional and well spoken. He suggested... I try the spinach feta pizza and it definitely hit the spot. All the staff are friendly and hard working. I was told they wereunder new management, with Jerry as their new manager. I think a lot of previous reviews were under a different manager becausethis new manager definitely seems to be running the store better then previous managers. Had one bad experience where our delivery order and incomplete and also wrong. Called, they said they couldn?t do anything about... it. I thought it was a fluke and one time bad experience. Tonight, we ordered delivery and the pizzas sat at the store for 32minutes after coming out of the oven before it left to be delivered. I called after they had been sitting for about 20 and theysaid they were leaving now? I selected ?contactless delivery? since all 4 of us have Covid. He rang the door bell, I told himthrough the glass we have Covid and he stood there expecting me to open the door to hand it to me. Then he asked me to tip him(I usually would, but was a bit off put by the experience so far) and Ismael proceeded hand me a pen and receipt for a tip.Then, once he left, we discovered the pizzas were completely cold (I mean, COLD, not warm at all) and one of them was completelythe wrong order. EDIT, June 30 2021: AVOID THIS LOCATION. My rating in August 2020 was five stars. I had to change it to one star because the way... I was treated was appalling. My pizza was without sauce (did not request no sauce) When I called the store to let them know, thepizza maker Ahmed was very confrontational, insisting that no sauce was on the order. He said he will make another one for us topickup tomorrow. I am disabled as is my aunt. We do not drive. I told him we are unable to get to the store. He kept on sayingthat we need to pick up the pizza. I kept insisting on speaking to the person in charge. Another man came on the phone. I askedif he is the shift supervisor. He said yes. I asked for his name. He said Deese. When he offered his last name I said I?d liketo have that and he said Nuts, then hung up. Absolutely disgusting behavior, I was aghast and angry. There is nothing that wouldmake me order from this location ever again, let alone Domino?s. We will go back to ordering from local pizza shops. Once again,AVOID THIS LOCATION. ORIGINIAL REVIEW, AUGUST 2020: Way better than the Lee Hwy location in Arlington. Always pleasant when Ido carryout. I?m not sure if he still works at this location but Shakib has such an affable demeanor even when it?s busy andhectic. He happily greets customers every time. Nearly all my orders have been well made. There was one issue with one of thedelivery drivers (unprofessional, rude) but I do not think he works there anymore. very rude staff especially the chef and peddler, it's just awful, they work without a mask and without a glove????
Used to order from this location pretty often. Food will regularly be delivered 20+ minutes out of the oven and take another... 30-40 mins on a good night. Food arrived over 45 minutes late today and cold, so I messaged their customer support only to betold tough. They offered free food to make up for it, but it wasn't taken because given the track record of this place, it'd endup the same way. Read more
My Family loves domino's that the only pizza we order until last night. I placed an order for my family for dinner. The total... was $27.77 I paid with my cash app card. The pizza gets here my kids and I got the pizza and soda speak to the man and he asksfor a tip I say NO TIP (I didn't have it to give) and tell me son to close the door. I thought everything was over and done withthe next morning I wake up to a text message from cash app saying Domino's UPDATED my payment from $27.77 to $31.77. The driverwent back to work and charged my card for a 4 dollar tip. I called this morning and Jason tells me that they refunded my moneyback nah my money should have been stolen off my card in the first place on Patrick Henry Drive Falls Church THEY WILL STEALYOUR MONEY.
