Stopped by on a whim because I love bao buns. Needless to say I got the bao buns and tried all three varieties. The pork is... absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. The lady who helped me was so nice she brought me out an extra Bao to make sure I triedthe pork. Will deff be back. Read more

Owner?s are pretty awesome,every time me and my wife shows up they are very welcoming and attentive. Really a nice local spot to... come and get some great food, I?m a fan of the Chicken Katzu over Rice with a bit of spicy mayo on top. My son loves the porkbelly Bao. The pork belly over rice is also a nice alternative to the chicken if you want to go that route. Read more

The owner is so nice. It's my first time here, and needed help with the ordering process which is self-serve on the ordering... station. I ordered so much food... Create my own Bing with salt and pepper pork belly with cilantro, bean sprout, pickledradish, and cucumber and Bing and bao sauce. The pork belly was good but not as salty as I thought. I'm OK with the Bing wrap.The texture is a bit rough, and I don't like that feeling. I prefer soft or crunchy. Speaking of crunchy, the crunchy wonton inthe Bing was good, and I really like the filling that I picked out. I also ordered 3 bags, 2 pork and 1 veggies. The pork isgood, and I brought 1 leftover home, and my finicky dog, who doesn't like pork and beef, really like the pork bao filling. Ilike the veggie bao much more after I added some salt. Overall, the food is different and I like it. If I am in the area again,I would come back and try the grilled pork belly rice bowl and the matching red bean pudding. Read more
Bing crepes are excellent! Wrapper is made to order! Wonton crips add depth of texture and sauces and ingredients are... flavorful. The heat packed a nice punch. Bao buns are soft and have nice portions of meat inside. Sauce was not needed! Servedfast and hot. Staff was welcoming. Reasonably priced. Read more
We had dinner at Bing & Bao, a Chinese street food place at a strip mall. I ordered their veggie bing aka jianbing or Chinese... crepe. This flavorful envelope had also scallion, sesame seed, wonton crisps with cilantro that reminded me of the VietnameseBánh Xèo. I added some seaweed salad in mine for an extra zing. We had also their veggie steamed bun (dumpling) or bao, andanother with beef. A very satisfying Asian eatery! Read more
