Banh Mi DC is excellent compared to another Vietnamese sandwich I shopped. I love their specialty cold cut ham special sandwich.... You can call in place large order ahead of time, and it's fast convenient. It's a great location and has excellent service.There are other foods to go on the table that you can add on. If you want Banh Mi, this is the place to go, no questions asked. Perhaps due to its status as a local legend, the pricing is a... bit expensive. However, good luck finding a Banh Mi anywhere that isn't Vietnam that is as good as these are. Service is fastand efficient, store is packed with many asian treats and snacks. Man this spot is beyond delicious. It was packed when I went in there so I know it had to be good and it damn sure was. The... chicken banh mi was so good and fresh. The jalapeños, carrots and peppers added some good texture and flavor. The baguette bunwas crunchy and soft and warm. They also have many other things in the menu like bubble tea and sugar cane juice. There?s anarea where you can buy other Vietnamese products like jerky and sweets. Best banh mi in the DC area. They pack a lot of meat in the sandwich. The baguette is soft and delicious. I have been going here... for over 10 years. It used to be about 4 dollars for a sandwich but the price has gone up to 7. They charge 35 cents extra ifyou pay with a credit card. Another 35 cents fee is added every 10 dollar increment. Read more
