This review is especially for the manager or the owner. We came directly from a funeral today here and set and waited for over... one hour until they served water when it was time for lunch. Over about 100 people all together. The place was reserved for 2hours. My sister had to go in her car to get a bottle of water. For future reference please serve water and put at least a 1/2gallon of water on each table while everyone is waiting not until the food is ready. Bad customer service. Read more

I would say this place is hands down the best place to get a taste of the authentic Afghan food in the DMV! Went there for an... engagement part any it was just amazing! Only if I lived closer... I'd go there at least twice a week. Can't say enough aboutthis place! Shola was amazing, kofta was on point and sabzi was delicious! The food was very good, especially the entrees. The meat was so incredibly tender and flavorful. The portions were nice as well.... Their version of a green sauce is vinegar based and more like a chimicurry. Not a problem, it was delicious, but I prefer thegreen yogurt sauce found at other places. We got a Sambosay appetizer which was good and the bowlawnee which was just okay. Theplace itself lacks atmosphere and our waiter was not very attentive or particularly friendly never asked us for drink orders.But fine not a big deal. But coupled with that and the table setting that looked messy and our table cloth had stains-- it seemsto be a place to order pick up and delivery. You will be very happy with the food. Read more
We very much enjoy the food here. We ordered the eggplant appetizer and the samosas. Both tasted good. Then I ordered the Bamian... platter, and my wife a lamb dish. I would have liked the dishes to be hotter temperature wise. Otherwise an enjoyable dinner. Read more
I loved the environment it’s so nice ???? and elegant. The buffet was great too it reminds me Peruvian dishes. It was the... first time that I had eaten Afghan food and I have found some similarities. I highly recommended it. Read more
We got the sambosas, veggie platter, and two items off the kabob portion of the menu. Everything was delicious and served with a... beautiful presentation. The service was a little bit slow but they were also setting up for a wedding later in the day so thiscould be why. All in all a good experience and if you’re looking for good Afghani food I’d recommend it. Read more
Only one waiter was working and he was extremity rude, the food was smelly specially the ground beef Kabab my second time to go... there my first experience was similar I thought I might have gone there when the waiter was not having a good day and gave thembenefit of doubt. I guess this was my last time to waste my time and money in this place. To top it off they include 20% tip fora service that is worthy of at the most 1% tip . Read more
