So once again, here's my disclaimer: Anyone who reads my reviews know I call it down the middle. I have nothing to gain from my... reviews: This one is easy: The wings are the best I have ever had anywhere. It's authentic Buffalo. But......... The pizza ishorrific. It's the equal to what I had in high school lunches. It'll be great if you grew up with it or if you are extremelyhungry. The sandwiches are pretty ok. The counter staff are not very friendly and there are a couple of guys who work behind thecounter who when you interact with them, they look like they don't want to be bothered. I LOVE their pizza. Let's be real - pizza tastes are very personal. New York style, Chicago style, or something in-between and... unique (aka Buffalo style), it's up to you. But their Buffalo style pizza is fantastic. On top of this, they offer greatcustomer service. Case in point... When I ordered online for delivery last night - my first time trying this - I messed up. Thatleft my pizza in limbo and getting cold. When I called and explained, the manager(?) replaced my order with a fresh pizza, madesure that it was delivered to me piping hot and delicious, AND gave me a full refund on my mistaken order - which he did nothave to do. Best chain in nova for a regular cheese. Pro tip if you were thinking of going to Pupatella for a single pizza, go here and get... a half pizza for the same price. Like twice the food as well. Also if you order takeaway through toast (payment platform ontheir website) you get like 2 dollars off every couple of times. Read more
First timer... excellent pizza. I especially loved the bake - similar to Pizza Hut pan pizza. Lots of toppings for the price -... similar to Godfather's. I ordered a personal pizza - in a box like &Pizza but bigger. I couldn't eat it in one sitting. Read more
I've been meaning to. Heck out this pizza restaurant for a minute, and today I was in the neighborhood, and I had the time to do... it. I rolled in right around 3:30on, and there wasn't any other customer inside ordering, so I was able to place my order withease. I knew that this restaurant serves up pizza, butI thought that a complete pizza for myself would have been too much. Instead I went for an a small order of wings which accounted for ten wings. That sounded delicious to me. For the sauce Ipicked the honey mustard, which is one of my favorites! This was some great pizza. I was born and raised in Buffalo and always hesitate to eat chicken wings outside of WNY, because... they never taste quite the same. These are definitely the OG chicken wing! The pizza is also a great treat to find outside ofBuffalo, NY...even down to the spicy cup pepperoni! Will definitely be ordering from here again! Read more
Decent pizza if you're in a rush. They are not very accommodating if you want to customize or change something slightly that is... on their menu. Also, for some reason they close at 9PM on Friday and Saturday... feel like they are missing out on a ton ofbusiness. Read more
