Went yesterday just after 4pm, horrible customer service. I ordered my meal for dine in, the kid just set it on the counter... without a tray I asked if I could get a tray and he looked at me like he didn't know what I was talking about. He said a tray? Isaid yes the tray you put people food on when they dine in, then he said oh ok let me get one so he went to the back and broughtone up then he looked at it and said oh this one is all wet so he went back to get another one. He didn't give me a cup for mydrink but he walked off to do something else so I asked a girl that has long dark hair and glasses and is kinda tall. When Iasked her for a cup for my drink she said a cup? I said yeah the paper cup so she asked another person where are the paper cups. I pointed them out to her and she said oh these? I said yes I want the size that comes with the meal. I think your employeeneeds more training before you let them out on the floor or at least make sure they know what things are. First time I tried it was good. No issues whatsoever. But every other time i go it seems to decline more and more. This was the... last time I plan to go. Food was quick and service was really good but the food is disappointing. Biscuits weren't evenbiscuits. They were a mashed up bread. I ordered the 8 piece family meal and they threw in 2 large breast pieces then the restseemed to be the bottom of the barrel pieces. Very small, over cooked, and dry. Honestly sanitation doesn't seem to be high priority for someone on the closing shift. She was picking pieces off of the chicken... on the tray in the warmer, without gloves, and eating it over they tray. Touched/moved several pieces while eating off the onesshe wanted. Also, she stood with the door open to the warmer and her back up against the trays, and her hair was sitting on topof the chicken in the warmer. Would absolutely recommend going somewhere else to eat, unless you don't mind improper foodhandling??????????? Read more
Not bad. Normally I have to return to get items missed. It's a little frustrating. This time, I only got 3 pickles with a 5... piece Nasville Hot Tenders and barely enough sauce for 3, let alone 5. Read more
