It could gave been better. My burger was cold, along with my lettuce and tomato. The cheese didn't even melt on my burger????.... French fries were semi cold. My drink was the best item from my meal, for the prices they charged. Could have been better. Maybenext time; as if!! Read more
It's been a while since I've been to BK. One thing about this place that I like is the option to order anything you want at... anytime. Which comes in handy if you work the midnight shift and need to replace breakfast with dinner options. Read more
Lousy customer service. Didn't inform me they didn't accept credit cards at drive thru , so I had to go in. No big deal except... my god...the employees are pure trash. Rude, nasty, and totally unprofessional. I double checked my order before leaving counterand was shorted a fry. Employee filled a fry for me, with no gloves, and her hand made contact with my food. Gross gross gross!And then gave me attitude when I asked for receipt so I could call customer service AND then challenged me to go ahead andcall. Never going back there. Ever. Read more

I ordered using the mobile app, to pick up in the drive thru, which generally works ok for me. Today I was told I must come... inside to pick up my order, despite explicitly being given the choice in the app. The manager Teresa was unapologetic,argumentative and rude. Group of 6 bikers caught in a terrible rain storm. Pulled into this location and restaurant was locked, drive through only.... Staff members Faith & Hunter invited us in. Provided coffee and meals. Just the fact that they were short staffed and very busydrive through, that they took the time to welcome and take care of our soggy group was simply exceptional service. My onion rings were hard as a rock! Went through the drive thru didn't think I would have to check them, I was very disappointed... when I pulled them out of the bag because you could clearly see they were way over cooked! The burgers were great! I calledthem, I have 30 days to get fresh onion rings! Read more
