Slow and was rude older last they're b4mgmt change few months back.
I went to order a container of ice cream to go. Three of three registers had signs that said next register please . A lady... finally told me I could at this register but she could not help me. Four times I asked if anyone working could help me as I sawat least two other people in the back. All she kept saying was ?I can?t help you? every time I asked if anyone could help me. Iwent across the street to DQ where they apparently do have employees who can help customers. Never going back! Read more
I don't usually do this, but today I went through the drive-thru line with only two cars ahead of me and it took me 10 minutes... to get to the window. All I had ordered was an ice cream cone. Once I paid for my order I was told to pull over into a parkingspace and they would bring my order out to me. When I questioned that I only ordered a ice cream cone she said they wereextremely busy. So I pulled into a parking space and I sat there watching them feel three orders in the cars behind me. I foundthis unexplainable, so I went inside to ask for my money back and there was a young man feeling an order which turned out to memy ice cream cone but he was moving at a snail's pace. I know people are understaffed and things are hard right now across theboard but I'm sorry I just can't find that acceptable. Read more
This place is SLOW... 1 car ahead of us in the drive thru and they were already at the speaker. 17 minutes from when I stopped... in line until we got our order. Our order was 1 drink and the lady ahead of us got two cups of ice cream. I could understand ifthey were busy but that was ridiculous. On the other hand my fiancee said her drink was delicious so I'll add a star to what Iwas originally going to give. Read more
The Baskin Robbins was busy. When I went through the drive through I could barely hear what they were saying on the speaker.... But I had asked for a double scoop of ice cream in a cup. Included in the order was a small shake. When I got to the windowthey gave me the double scoop but it was in a sugar cone. The second scoop was quite small. I told them that I had asked for itin a cup. They were willing to get a cup, but I told them that it was ok and I will take it as it is. Besides what was I goingto do with the cone. He kept saying that he would get me a cup. I told him "No" and I was very insistent about it. He bringsme a cup and I told that I didn't want it. He just stood there offering the cup, so to end an argument, I took the cup. Afterall that he turned back and asked them if they were done with the milk shake... not even close. Read more
We just left there and came home. We wanted 2 Specialties : 31° Below Mix-Ins. They said they didn't have them. So we had get... one 2 scoop cup of Reese ice cream and one 2 scoop with a brownie. We ended up with 1 small scoop in each cup. We then asked fordough nuts. We wanted 2 Boston cream and 2 glaze. They didn't have glazed. So asked for 2 Jelly filled instead of glazed. Didn'thave those either. So we just got 2 extra Boston cream filled. We ended up spending 15.oo dollars on stuff we really didn'twant. I will never go there again. Read more
We are in town visiting and have been to this location 4 times in a week and 3/4 times they haven?t had what we?ve ordered! Out... of choc dipped waffle cones twice, out of Oreo cookies and creme ice cream once. The girl at the window, Andrea, was there twoof the times and she was very sweet and once was embarrassed that they were out. Seems like management is lacking in preparationand ordering. We love BR ice cream and those 4 visits have spent nearly $100! Read more
