This location is terrible and I love Jersey Mike's. The service is horrible they constantly get my super simple order wrong the... bread is rarely fresh they are always out of chips and they never answer their phone anymore. Ever since the awesome girl withthe blue hair left this location has totally gone downhill and that really bums me out. I know covid has made things hard forbusiness owners but that excuse can only go so far. I really hope they can turn things around asap so I can change my reviewback to 5 stars Read more
Sandwich is great but the cleanliness is lacking! The counters are disgusting. They are busy but it's a turn off.
They open early enough that I can pick up my lunch before I go yo work at 11. Sandwiches always great. Love Mike's way. Did... cold roast beef this time. So yummy Read more
This location is HORRIBLE! I used to love this place until a year or so ago. Tonight was the last night I'm going to fix my sub... when it gets home. I got peppers I didn't ask for and had to slice a tomato (that I asked for) to add to my now cold sub. Thisis not the first time I've had to do that. Also, I tried to call the store before 8pm (close at 9?) and there was no answer. I'mdone with this place. BTW Major Market makes a great sandwich and they get your order RIGHT Read more

Freshest subs of any chain. Service was fast and friendly, and the subs rock. I get a #13 Mike's way, and it is super... satisfying. The "juice" adds a bright, refreshing taste to the veggies. A regular is big enough for me, and I am a hungry guy. Read more
Not only was my order wrong and not even offered to be remade, I was told what I was saying wasn't true. The employee, River,... had the worst customer sercice for this situation and for a customer that spent $30 on two meals and waiter almost 25 minutes,I'm disappointed. Read more
Great staff, wish a bit more streamlined. Phone orders and in-store orders are handled by the same staff but causes a backup... with having to wait 25+ minutes for an in-store order. Read more
