Even though In Person Dining Room says it is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday through Friday the Dining room area is closed... to public it is now 6:50 am. I was hoping to be able to get a hot coffee and a breakfast jack and a few tacos on my way to work.Yet unfortunately the Dining room is closed and they seam to not really care that I was knocking trying to ask when they willopen. Anyways I had to catch the next bus and I didn't want to be late for work and now I am heading to work on a empty stomach.Tomorrow if the dining room is not open at 6:00 am as the sign says it should be I will go eat breakfast else ware. This is nota typical day for me anyways and I do like my early morning roast of hot coffee and so it only seams right to write a post aboutthis Jack in the Box location. Apparently this location doesn't like dine-in paying customers. Maybe if management is nice Icould get free tacos due to the fact that I came a long distance on my way to work and to find that this location is not servingdine-in customers. Absolutely horrible experience! Went to drive thru today at 10:45 drive the order 167 We got our food and once we got home and... opened it up it had termite bug on the food! I don?t know if they have some termite problem their but it was on the food wethrew everything away! I took photos! I tried calling jack multiple times but they never answer the phone To clarify there wastwo of them they were on the chicken strips. My husband didn?t realize it until he moved the strip around and boom bug stuff allover ! Read more
Late at night, they're the only store listed as open. Which means no stores are open because they always cancel orders or claim... that their systems are down if you go in person. And IF they complete your order, they freestyle it. Wanted a burger? Here's asalad. 0 stars Read more
Cluck Sandwich - my favorite chicken sandwich there!!! Seriously rivals chic-fil-a (it's low key better but shh). This chicken... sandwich does NOT disappoint with its meaty, juicy, and tender breast, topped with 2 pickles, some special slightly spicy sauce,and 2 deliciously impeccable potato buns. Hours say from 4:30am to 3:30am on google. I went at 2:30am only to wait for about 10 min to be told there closed. I knew they... were cleaning inside but only a section. Also the 2 signs outside say open 24/7. So what is it? Because it was definitely closedat 2:30am Read more
If I could give them 0 stars I would. My food is literally always wrong. I ordered loaded nacho fries and had old curly fries in... the bottom of the box under my straight fries. They never get modifications right either. This store definitely needs bettermanagement. Contacting them is like asking a brick wall to get up and walk. Nothing will happen Read more
For some reason they always mess up the orders, if you wait at the drive thru window to check on the order they seem to gey... upset, this is what a buttery jack should not look like, we try to call and make them aware about the issue but nothing seems tochange, most of the time they asks us to go back so they can make the orser right but by that time we are far away or home readyto have dinner. Absolutely horrible experience every time I come to this location. I didn?t even get what I ordered. I ordered chicken strips... and got cold nuggets that don?t even taste like they?re all the way cooked. Both orders were completely wrong, almost rushed andnot paying attention.
