Just wish for once when I go there an hour before they close they have the popcorn shrimp!! It takes 5 minutes to make a new... batch but their going to be closing. That's the story I get everytime. Lol today, 45 minutes before closing and there's no foodin the warmers, at all!! No popcorn shrimp, no boneless tenders, fries, etc!! The young woman at the counter screamed very loudly at my boyfriend as he ordered bc he tried to explain that I grabbed a cup to... fill a drink for myself because I?m currently sick. She has us waiting at the counter for a few minutes and I felt like I wasgoing to Pass out and desperately needed water but she wasn?t there to attend to us. She yelled at him so the whole store turnedand looked knowing full well he was going to pay for it that?s why he mentioned it to her in the first place!! Extremelydisrespectful and unprofessional. Worst location ever !!! They have no regard to delivery driver orders, never have food prepared, and the employees are the most... unprofessional people I?ve ever met. I just ordered the 5 PC meal for 2 the fries were cold and only one of the chicken tenders were eatable. They were hard and over... cooked they were anything but tender. I gave the rest to my dog and she almost choked on them . I gave the Fall River store achance but if it closes again NO BIG LOSS! Read more
Usually order through Door Dash. Paid for Spicy Chicken Sandwich with cajan fries and mashed potaoes. They gave me an original... chicken sandwich. Every single time they either COMPLETELY disregard my mashed potatoes or replace them with Mac and cheesewhich is always cold and disgusting. Other than that everything is usually pretty good. They took 40 mins to make my food andthey still get it wrong. And one mashed is almost $5 on Door Dash. I tried calling to say something to the manager because ithappens every time. I love popeyes but this location was nasty. Walked in and there was food smeared all over the glass door. Gross! Went to order... my food and the staff just looked at me. Like I was disrupting then from talking. Got my drink cup went to fill my drink. Itlooked like no one even cleaned it. Dry soda stuck on the metal pieces to fill your soda. Took a minute for ice to even fall. Myson wanted Hawaiian punch but that was out. I poured sprite and there was black stuff in my cup. Got our food and at this pointI don't even know if I want to eat it and asked for ranch the girl tried to give me the Hottie sauce.
