The delivery drivers are rude and disrespectful. They give you one price on the phone and the delivery driver charges you... something different. When you call to report it they yell, scream and swear and tell you your wrong and hang up. They are veryunprofessional, lack customer service skills. They also got the order wrong and didn?t correct that either. It was an all aroundhorrible experience. Beware and avoid at all cost. Read more

The white woman needs to get fired. Never had a problem with my orders in the past 9 years... Until today. She gave my order to... a different customer that has already left the restaurant. My daughter waited for the other customer to bring the food back, w/oknowing what was happening, because all the information she was tell was that they couldn\'t find my order. Read more
The food was absolutely AMAZING, and the service is superb as well. Every time I have to choose between Golden River and any... other Chinese restaurant in MA, I will choose Golden RIver. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to everyone so you canall try out the deliciousness that is Golden River. 5/5, would definitely return in the future for some more amazing food. Read more
