I?ve lived near this Dunkin for 4 years. It amazes me that this management has not been replaced. Ignorant , slow , rude ,... incompetent. non professional in every way. Employees yelling and swearing to each other. Walking away from the counter to chitchat with there friends. And not a care in the world for there jobs. The most rude and worthless employees I've ever met. I had them remake a coffee twice because the coffee was obviously burnt... nothing against their skills whatsoever and the disgusting TalkBack that I got from not one not two but theee individuals wasuncalled for. Then when I asked for a refund they told me they couldn't give it to me because there wasn't a manager on duty. Read more
Maybe a year a ago I would have rated this location a lot higher, but the service here has gone so far downhill, that I refuse... to go to this location anymore, even though they are literally a 3 minute walk from my house. They hardly ever get your orderright, and it always seems that they are low or out of everything you want. Not to mention, sometimes you could stand there atthe counter for 10-15 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. Their drive through percentage is ALWAYS in the red in 20-30%range, which is terrible, considering I've worked at dunkin in the past and we always strived for above 98%! Now they have a newgroup of people Loitering outside the front doors, sitting in lawn chairs so close you have to walk around to the opposite side.I mentioned this to the employees several times and been told the manager is aware of the issue and they can't do anything aboutit, because it's public property, which is not true! I waited over HALF AN HOUR for an order that wasn?t even CLOSE to correct; I on the go ordered a decaf oatmilk latte and got... some non-decaf coffee with a tiny bit of oatmilk which is the opposite.
