1 of 5 employees wearing gloves, I watched a server pick up and put down an entire tray of cornbread with her bare hands. When I... suggested she should be wearing gloves, she replied, I just washed my hands. When I told her that was unsanitary she told me tomind my business. I promptly asked for the manager and none came. I asked for the name of the manager and I was told by theemployee not to worry about it. At that point, all 4 female staff members started shouting at me to leave their restaurant. Istill did not have my take out food and they heckled me and yelled things like, ?Covid is over!? Covid or no Covid, I don?twant anyones bare hands touching my food. Let alone be verbally assaulted for speaking up about it. This is the 2nd time Iwent in there and had to say something. Roughly 2 years ago, I had a similar experience where none of the staff were wearinggloves, 2 years ago I got an attitude but I the staff also promptly put on gloves. I am disgusted and am in the process offiling formal complaints against all of the employees that were in the Fall River location last night. Working all week to betreated this way at the establishment that I chose to spend my hard earned money at. What a shame. Our society is doomed. Read more

Had their new rotisserie chicken nuggets and they were delicious! Only sad thing is, as with most restaurants these days, there... was absolutely no one inside dining. All business seems to be drive thru and mobile orders. Still love Boston Market! Read more
Visited the Fall River location last week after not being to a Boston Market in years. Eating the cornbread brought back... memories; however the food here was not as flavorful and freshly prepared as I remember. The servers were ready to respond tothe customers? needs and traffic flow. Read more
Well I always try to start a review with some positive feedback lol with that being said the parking wasn't a hassle, probably... though because there was no body there lol, the corn...was edible and I did get a generous portion of everything, the skin onthe chicken wasn't bad at all but after the skin the chicken was rubbery dry. The garlic potatoes were tasteless and they werekinda of skimpy for gravy serving and the service wasn't rude but it wasn't really a welcoming kind of feeling either Read more
My dad is 97 and enjoys Boston market. Only complaint is in consistent pricing for the same family meal. Also it's too cold in... the restaurant except our last visit was ok. Read more
