This place has really gone down hill, it is never open. Everything about it is inconsistent, hours, portions pop machine is... broken half the time. It's pretty sad. Also what's the deal with not keep staff !! Hire students, treat the staff better, sothey can treat the customers better and actually have the store opened.... Just saying, anyways that's what myself and coworkers think anyways. Read more

Placed an order through the app. The guy was almost done making our order. Then a lady walked in. So he left ours and made hers... instead. Had to wait an extra 10 mins ???? Read more
I do not recommend going to Falher Subway. They never have veggies OR soup. Some staff are not friendly and not helpful... whatsoever. Only ever have one staff member at peak meal times which makes the lineups and wait times extremely long. Subs aremade very sloppy unlike other subway locations. Staff are also very unsanitary. I have had to ask them to change their gloves onmultiple occasions. Read more
I wanted a refund due to being late for work and the sub not being complete. Christine in turn refused me for my refund and told... me that I made her wait at my job and in turn I can wait for her since she wasn?t done and I needed to stop being rude anddemanded I stoped yelling at her when I didn?t even raise my voice. I politely explained that I couldn?t be late for work andonly wanted a refund. She continued to tell me that I make her wait at my job so I had to wait. She refused to let me leave thesub there so it is in the garbage. I still want my refund, as I should have received it when I asked because there was no reasonfor me to be denied or talked to in such a manner. Place was closed at arrival, the door sign says staffing shortages. Apply within. According to the reviews, it sounds like the... place needs some new management aswell. Read more
