Fast food take on Mediterranean cuisine which was pretty good. 10$ for a gyro is on the high end. Add fries and a drink and... your in the steak price range at say Texas Roadhouse but everything is spendy these days. Enjoy! Read more
I really enjoy Dino's. The food is great - especially the fries since they fry them fresh for each order. The only thing is... there seems to be some inconsistencies when ordering. The Plates state it comes with veggies, rice, and your choice of meat,however, everytime I've gotten it (a handful of times), it doesn't come with veggies. I always have to add "extra" veggies to myplate. Please update your menus to reflect which is correct. Read more
I really like the Greek salad and chicken gyro. I get the spicy feta its really good.
I have been wanting to try this place for many many years and just never got around to it after events at the fair grounds.... Finally got around to trying it and splurged on some different menu items. Everything was just mediocre and nothing wowed me. Igot a speciality gyro, some bite things and something else I can't even remember now... I've had bigger and better gyros atplaces that just have it as a side option. As far as Greek fast food goes, it is pretty standard. The gyro is nothing to brag about. The dining area is clean, but a... slightly sticky tabletop meant they are not cleaned properly. The service was friendly and willing to answer questions. They haddesserts and other items available, but not listed on the menu board. I like to start with some pitas and hummus, but it is noton the menu. They do sell flatbread and hummus as a takeout but I had to ask about it. The star here is the gelato. I tried thecaramel cookie, and it was at the perfect texture and very good flavour. My meal was spicy gyro and a small Greek salad. Thesalad appeared to be bulk made and I didnt feel like finishing it. The gyro did not seem spicy. When I asked, it seems the sauceis a spicy feta sauce instead of traditional tzatziki. It was thicker, creamier, than tzatziki, but it didnt seem spicy. Ialways have to check bathrooms. At first glance, it appeared clean. A closer look told me no one here knows how to properlyclean. The metal above the porcelain was heavy covered in green rust. There was a plunger near the toilet covered with chunks oftoilet paper, dried on. I would have given them 4/5, but deducted a star for cleanliness. UPDATE 6/9/22 I have visited a fewmore times, mai ly for the gelato. Today I had a regular gyro and seasoned fries. Caramel gelato for dessert. I stand by myprevious assessment of the good being average, and the gelato above average. The table today was not sticky. My previous twovisits the table was sticky. Tasty Greek food with friendly service and a clean environment. Food - I ordered a grilled chicken Gyro with fries and a drink.... The chicken was lightly seasoned and had a good portion of meat. The combination of sauce and veggies was perfect. Topped offwith shredded feta cheese The fries were seasoned with a herb seasoning and one of the employees told me some of their customersuse it for grilling steak. Overall, a delicious meal! Staff - I found the staff to be friendly and helpful in making foodchoices. Location - Plenty of parking and easy access off the main and side roads. Restrooms were very clean and the tableswere wiped down regularly. A great experience and a new favorite for Greek food! Read more
It has been a while since I have been to Dino's, not sure when the menu, plating and beverage containers changed, but I don't... really care for the new beverage containers nor do I like the new plates, I prefer the baskets instead. Still good food though,even though the gyros seem smaller. Read more
