I'm always a Culver's fan...and this last experience didn't change that. I love the frozen custard, love the cheese curds, and... really like the Butterburgers. This time, the staff greeted me when I entered and took my order quickly, the food came outpretty slow, but not horrible, and the restaurant was today and clean. I will definitely be back again! Slow service - ordered two drinks and two ice cream cups. Got our number to display on our table then waited twenty minutes - no... ice cream delivery to table. Went to counter to inquire why the delay? They said it will be right out. Waited another tenminutes and went to counter. They had it on their service table behind the counter. No one brought it out to our table. Lousyservice. Get with it Culver's staff! We pay for your service. We should have had our ice cream in less than ten minutes. I don't think there was a manager there when we visited. We looked around and found the cleanest dirty table we could find. The... seating area hadn't gotten any attention since the lunch rush. Ketchup dispenser was empty, there were no medium sized lids.They had a quite a few people on staff too.the burger and fries were fine, I just wish they'd clean up the place. Read more
I've tried 3 times thinking it'd be better, but always regret wasting my money. Best place to go if you love your burgers CAKED... in salt and overly seasoned. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because the ice cream isn't bad on the days where thetoppings aren't old and stale. Read more
This culvers should be shut down, this is the 5th time in a row that we have been to culvers and have either waited after... multiple orders have been fulfilled before us and we only ordered ice cream. I would love to discuss this with the owner of thisfranchise because this is absolutely unacceptable to have every sing order messed up. Standing in the lobby waiting to order. 4 or more people in line. Gentlemen comes out and tells us the dining room is closed... due to lack off staff. I was craving dessert, so I decided to drive-thru Culver?s for Sundae. I ordered a Turtle Sundae with brownie pieces, it was... delicious. The person working drive-thru was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely order from this Culver?s again. Read more
Ask for a gluten free Burger without cheese. I got a gluten free bun but with extra instead of no cheese I had to scrap off the... cheese because I have a dairy allergy. Now my burger and fries are cold. It's not that hard to read an fast food order ticket! Read more
