When traveling to Kremmling for a graduation during Memorial Day, we stopped into the Falcon location. We are from Wichita,... Kansas and do not have a store close to us?so we wanted to visit for lunch. We were greeted by the most AMAZING young man,Neigel. He was running the register, helping with food, assisting customers in the lobby and so on. Neigel was SO upbeat andpleasant. He slayed that smile on his face and in the reflection of his voice! My girlfriend surprised the family with breakfast from here this morning. She noticed while waiting for the food that the lady... helping her was very frustrated with the rest of the staff for not performing their duties. Once she got home I couldn?t eat myburrito due to straight raw bacon. If you want better in life do better at everything you do. Read more
Uncooked bacon. Rushed at the order screen when they have no customers beyond myself. Wasn't allowed to have sauce or salsa of... any kind. The ice in the drinks tastes like rotting dirt. Read more
This Carl's Jr is a joke. Everytime we have gone there is no one in line in the drive thru (in front or behind us) and they make... us pull to the front to wait for our order. Same thing today. Finally got our order , and yes I should have checked that all wascorrect before I left. Got home and no syrup for the French toast sticks, no salsa for the burrito and instead of the $5 bacon,egg and cheese burrito we paid for, we got some weird burrito with hash browns in it with no meat. Considering we always have towait around front for our food, you would think it would at least be correct. Read more
Every single time we come here they make you pull around front and wait for the food. They are scamming the corporate office and... the drive thru times. This is absolutely ridiculous and management should stop this and be honest!! Read more

Honestly can't tell you the last time I was at Carl's JR. Steakhouse burger was on point. Food was hot. Tamara the cashier was... absolutely wonderful. A overall great experience. Read more
Waited a little while for 3 young boys to emerge from the back of the store. One walked right past us to go to drive thru. One... got on the line and one came to the front. They were all incredibly rude. None of them washed their hands. The kid taking ourorder didn't even say hello. Just said what do want and then kept saying what else when we were still ordering. Asked for ranchand honey mustard and he just kept saying remind me. The food was hot. So that's fine. But then I bite into a chicken tender.Thought the hard thing was just fat or something. It was sharp. It was a bone. We told the kid. He laughed. We asked him towrite it down just incase it was an ongoing issue. He told his little buddy on the line. They laughed. Then asked if I wantedmore chicken. We left. I took photos of the bone. I was sharing these tenders with my 2 year old. I'm glad it happened to me andnot him.
