Over worked crew. New owners (Rackson) rude & no knowledge of how we operate BK. I was an employee for a very long time.
I just went through and ordered the $5 Your Way Meal with the BBQ Bacon Whopper Jr. Comes with nuggies and fries and... drink. They gave me a normal whopper Jr. Forgot my zesty sauce on the onion rings. And tried to give me a coke when I ordereda sprite. Tried to call the number here and the line is dead. Read more
Incredibly inconsistent. They close at very early randomly, like noon on a weekend. It's very strange. Sometimes the drive thru... lines are outrageously long, hard to find a reason why. Sometimes the inside is randomly closed too. If I had to assume why thislocation has all these issues; maybe they are very understaffed? If that's the case they should close... it's really that bad. I went there three times in a 3 week period and all three times they got the order completely wrong it's boggles my mind how... they can do that when there's only one car in the Drive-Thru and nobody inside the restaurant you would think everybody would beable to take care of that one customer that they have but no color meat disappointed Read more
Never again! The bread of the Whopper was stale, and the french fries were rubbery.. it is for this reason why I rarely eat fast... food, especially from Burger King. The last time I've had Burger King was 4 months ago. I had the original chicken sandwich, andthat made me sick. I usually don't eat Burger King but whenever I'm by this location and swing through, I've always had great, non sloppy food.... Everything is always wrapped nicely and the staff is great. I've been to other locations where the food is a nightmare and ahuge mess. This spot is great!! Read more
