Very dirty in the cooking area amd bathrooms were pretty bad. Toilet would not flush. Took a long while to get anyone to take... my order but plenty of workers around. Once ordered it took a bit but food wasn't worth the wait. Will not be back. Read more

Super slow and repeating same mistake Stopped by for take out, and was the second of only three customer orders. The gentleman... after us ordered the same Sub I did, which was a Philly steak with peppers and onions-just no cheese (allergens). Threeemployees were present, but took an extremely long time to make the orders. The gentleman after us got his food first for somereason, but his had cheese on it, as did mine-when I eventually got it. The crew took an extremely long time remaking them, just for both of us to receive them with cheese-yet again! Frustrated, I was no longer willing to go through a long wait for athird time, and asked for my money back. Which I was informed couldn't be done as no manager was present. Almost 45 minuteswent by before we were finally out of there. The crew didn't have any care at all the whole time. Messaged this to the storeowner, but a week has gone by with no response. Needless to say, this was a very disappointing experience. Read more

Prices have gone up yet the sandwiches are still great. Thank the government for raising prices. It's not the restaurants fault.

Just was yelled that the store was close when it was 9:30 and the store doesn?t close for another 30 minutes. What?s the point... of closing times if you can make up any time you wanted. This is one of the worst locations. No one has any service etiquette andthe food is either low on meat or overly salted. Go to the one in Collinsville. Don?t give this any more money. Let out closedown. Read more

I do NOT have anything good to say about the Sunday REGISTER person! Very disrespectful man! I asked a SIMPLE QUESTION and he... snapped and I walked TF out! Worst fast food experience. Read more

A business should have enough bread to be open until closing time. Not to mention, there is no way they could be out of bread... and wraps. To say ?We are closed because of no bread.? You can still make a salad that?s on your menu. Read more

We've always liked and had good Penn Station sandwiches. However at 5/22, 4:20pm, we had the WORST Penn Station experience. I... waited for the staff to finish cooking so not like food were sitting there, however the fries were oily, soggy, had a dark browncolor to them. Sandwiches were super soggy and oily too. To top it off Chicken Teriyaki sandwich looked and tasted like it wasdipped in soy sauce for two days, insanely salty, I couldn't eat it. It was a waste of our money. Please re-train your staff sothey won't ruin Penn station again. We love this brand. Read more
