My husband and I stood in line for 20 minutes tonight and never got our order taken bc there were employees ordering and playing... around then the computer shut off. They had no club sandwiches but they had turkey, ham and bacon?! The mgr on duty told theemployee they close in 30 minutes don't let anyone sit in the lobby it's closed but it's 730p.m.?! The mgr was cussing andwasn't in control of her store or employees. She didn't want to be there. How do you make any money? We won't be back and wewill be sure to tell all our friends. Read more
I always have a good spin on a place but I have no kind words for this place. I will admit that it was an hour to closing time... but every time I asked a question the cashier was giving me the bare minimal answer. They took forever and my food was cold.They definitely lost their touch. Read more
The smell was horrible today. Employees said the soda machine leaked and caused the smell. You stuck to the floor when yiu... walked. Several people walked out as soon as the smell hit them. Service and wait time was horrible. People were angry askingfor their money back. We all felt sick from the smell and could barely eat when we finallly got our food. Employees had no ideawhat they were doing. The manager was frustrated and didn't seem to care about anyone or anything. I will never go back to thisplace. I'm sure everyone that was there today feels the same way. This will be another failed business in Fairview. Read more

The customer service was friendly but after waiting 15-20 minutes the food was less than desirable. The French dip was very dry... (thank goodness for sure jus). I ordered broccoli and cheese soup but received chicken and dumplings. I could go up the counterand fix the order due to the length of the line. Read more
My sandwich was rolled up in paper, so not really a sandwich anymore. Baked potato does not look appetizing either. These are... the standards for takeout orders I guess now. Really disappointed. Read more
