Was our first time trying Firehouse because of a TMobile deal. Was much better than I was expecting (I'm not typically a big... sandwich fan)! The wait was a bit long...about 20 minutes because they were so busy. The workers were all working their tailoff, though, and one of the workers threw in a brownie for the wait. That was a nice gesture. I'd go back based on today'sexperience! Read more
While the food is good, it seems the employees don't care about getting anything right. When I order through Uber Eats, they... never include the fountain drink and even tell the drivers that the order is all there. I only get the drink when the driverdouble checks and calls them out on it. The other week, the delivery driver showed up and the employees claimed they wereclosed, 1.5 hours before the time on the door said they were closed. I wish I didn't have a huge fee to order from the Firehousesubs in Collinsville instead of this one in Fairview Heights. Read more
I have never had Firehouse Subs before, and found this place looking for a dinner in a hurry. I have to say it was delicious!... The gentleman that was working the register was new, but even tho he was asking questions about how to complete our order, hewas very professional and did an amazing job. We visited the store at about 6pm and it was getting busy, but the food came outhot, fresh and quick! Best sub I've had in years! Kudos to your employees, they made my first visit great! Read more
I got a salad and for the first time in awhile I felt I got more food and a better deal than the others who got subs. Pastrami... ruben was what my coleague got. They have tons of hot sauces which pepped up the food to perfection. Totally blew me away. Theadded benefit of them bringing out the food was nice. Read more
My favorite sub shop... *Update - there was an app only sandwich offering that somehow wasn't being presented in the app or on... the website. The staff made sure that they verified and helped me try to order it that way, then went ahead and accommodated myorder request by working around with an equivalent sandwich order and substituted the new sandwich. It was truly delicious,also. I can always appreciate staff members who go the extra mile for great customer experiences!* Read more
