My first time here and really enjoyed it! Good portion sizes, friendly staff, food came out fast. Overall great experience and... looking forward to trying more stuff on the menu. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it had great flavor and not too muchspice. Read more

Let me go on record by saying that I used to love Zoe?s above all other healthy fast foodie type of restaurants. Now that it is... in the midst of being bought out by Cava, another Mediterranean restaurant, they are slowly pulling some of the best food itemsfrom the menu. They?ve taken out the Reuben sandwich, the lemon cookie, and now the salmon from the salmon cauliflower bowl. There may be more missing food items, but I tend to order the same thing each time when I find some thing I really like. I can?thelp but wonder at the business model which turns people away from their new acquisition. It?s like they have to run off all thecustomers so they can build a new customer base instead of transitioning the current customers to their new menu. It?s myunderstanding that the new name and menu is coming in January for this location. I don?t know how many more times between nowand January I can visit Zoe?s and come away disappointed because of the limited selection on the menu. Read more

Just left this location and was told by an employee " there is so much gluten floating around back the that you are bound to get... cross contaminated" then a female employee called us back and told us the gluten free options were marked just don't order asandwich. As someone that auffers with gluten issues the first wmployees response lead us to just leave because we didn't feelsafe with me eating there, as no Precautions would be taken to protect the customer. I've frequented this location for more than 5 years and though I havent really had bad experiences, today was the worst... experience I've had. I have waited longer than 45 minutes for a salad. While I should have taken the warning signs to mind, whenI entered, people were standing everywhere. It took a while after I placed my order to notice it was a slew of 10+ peoplewaiting for their orders. Several catering orders that were obviously Taking priority over everyone else. Only two employees upfront, both relatively new from my weekly visits. Site definitely understaffed. I have seen every customer with frustrated lookson their faces. I asked for updates on my order after I saw several people's orders come out who order 10 minutes after me.Several times, I was asked what I ordered and if I'd ordered several other dishes. I watched people abandon their numbers or togo orders because it was taking so long. There were no consolations and nothing was done to rectify the situation. I was onlytold "we didn't know it was going to take that long. We had to stop taking mobile orders." I really enjoy the food and the freshingredients, but today was a probably one of the worst dining experiences where dine in was obviously put at the back of theline and ignored. Read more

I don't normally write reviews, but Maddie was too great of an employee to pass up the opportunity to give her a shout-out. Her... kindness speaks volumes to her character and the quality of her customer service is not something you come across everyday.Moments like these are what makes life delightful and sweet. Thank you for being you and making my day! ?? Read more
