They make a mistake and expect me to come pick up what they failed to deliver? Worst customer service and they don?t accept... responsibility for THEIR OWN mistakes. This is actually not the first nor the second time this happened. I will no longer be acustomer of this horrible restaurant. There is not consistent and constant in the dishes. Seems like every time I visit any location of this brand they have their... own recipes, presentations and of course flavors. First time here me and my girlfriend decided to try some local eats our hotel staff recommended this place. Thank God we came... here the staff treated us like family. First time here last night, The food was delicious and cooked well. The waitress was very pleasant and accommodating. A plus... was they also had indoor parking. A great place to enjoy and not to to far from Spa SoJo for travelers or locals. I willdefinitely be returning. Read more
Very disappointed! I was there in the summer for fruit salad and I thought it would be as good as that but I was wrong. The ice... cream was totally ice with just a little unknown flavor. I just felt ice with my fork and I still feel it on my teeth and itbothers a lot. It felt like the cheapest ice cream ever. If you charge $7 for a fruit salad, it better be worth it. Noche de Colombia is always a choice for a place to eat!! The staff and service are usually top notch..helpful and polite and... seem ever attentive as well. The food does not disappoint either...well prepared, tasty and artfully presented...as for thedrinks..hmm, I had my best mojito ever right there on my last visit. So what more needs to be said? I've been here more than 4 times & I've yet to leave satisfied. As a matter of fact I've tried a handful of Noches de Colombia... restaurants in the area & have yet to leave satisfied, service is mediocre. The food is at best bland, I've added salt, pepper,sauce & I still can't get flavor. The beans, flavorless... Potato, flavorless.. the meats, chicken, & fish all flavorless.
