Always be sure to check your order before driving away. We were almost at the Dunvagen when we realized we only had 3/5 items we... had ordered. after waiting around the front for them to make our order in record slow time! Not a huge order so not worth goingback for. Staff needs to pay attention to their job and stop using covid as an excuse for terrible service. Not a good feelingpaying for food you did not get. A&W is usually my go-to for a quick bite. This franchise in fact is quick, but gross. Fries were half soggy. So much sauce on... the burgers it drenched the bun.... and the chicken on one of them was very overcooked, dry cardboard like. I don't understandwhy they were so overstaffed, most of them stood around, when there was cleaning needed to be done. Or food to be preparedproperly. Read more
