When we arrived we let them know we were picking up a to-go order. The order was ready but it sat on the counter for 15 min... before they realized it was ours. I have never had an experience like this here. The cashier was very unpleasant. I asked were they upset? The response I got was... this is my normal face. So I finished ordering my food. And I sat where I could see their interactions with other people. Thecashier smiled and laughed with other customers. This did not sit well with me. So I spoke to a manager and the excuse that shegave was that the cashier is on medication. After that I was so disgusted I took my food to go.
