Our Spinelli's catering experience was awesome. Mark and Stephanie are wonderful to work with. They were helpful with the... dietary concerns my party had and they went to great pains to ensure that every member at the rehearsal dinner had a deliciousdinner to enjoy!!! The pork with the chutney sauce, chicken french and the mac and cheese were the favs......the guests raved onand on. I would personally also like to note that the vegetable wellington was delicious. I don't even know where to begin, so I'll start with Mark and Stephanie who are two of the kindest people I have ever met. From... the second I reached out to begin planning my afternoon tea-themed baby shower, they were never short of excited and willing todo whatever was needed to make my dreams come true. The two visited the venue with me to iron out the many details monthsbefore the event, and come day of, were extremely understanding and ready to pivot when a few inevitable snags came up. Now,the food. Mark made four different types of finger sandwiches, and even made a selection of gluten free / vegan sandwiches forthree of our guests. The sandwiches were exactly as I had hoped - traditional and delicious. Mark also went VERY out of his wayto make homemade Devonshire clotted cream to accompany the outstanding fresh blueberry, peach and sugar cookie scones that hemade. For those that don't know, clotted cream usually takes upwards of 12 hours to make. It was incredible and truly broughteverything together for me. In addition to the sandwiches & scones, Mark made the most scrumptious earl grey lavender cookies(definitely my favorite), Russian tea cookies, and a shocking variety of superb macarons. This past weekend was the second time in as many months that I have used Spinelli's Catering services. First for a retirement... party/picnic and most recently for my daughter's baby shower. Each time Mark & Stephanie have been fantastic with their responsetime and the food was plentiful & delicious. Each time Mark created a menu that met the requests of the guest of honor. At thebaby shower he brought separate side dishes for a guest with allergies based solely on the questions that I asked at planningtime. Such a thoughtful special touch! We hired Spinelli to cater a wedding of 80 guests based on a referral from an extended family member. All I can say is WOW!! ... We were at a lodge at a town park, and they were fantastic. At the initial call, they were responsive (so many are NOT duringthis new normal we are in). Mark and Stephanie were so happy to work with us on the planning, the menu, and the execution. They brought exactly what we ordered, everything was hot, fresh and delicious. They were on time and were both professional andfriendly with us and our guests. Tom and the other staff members were fantastic as well. They all went above and beyond on somany levels!! We used Spinelli's for a catered dinner during a bachelorette weekend. Mark and Stephanie were so great to work with. We had a... lot of allergies in our group and they helped us customize a menu that would be safe for every person. The food was great - Iwill dream about that cheesey rice and the blood orange brownie. After a long day of wine tasting, it was perfect to be able torelax while a yummy dinner was prepared for us.
