Food was good and made the right way. Service was fast and friendly. 4 stars only because this place is kind of discreetly... located and hard to find from the road. It's located inside the gas station or go through the drive-thru but that's also kindof confusing because the drive-thru entrance and the car wash entrance are the same. If you ever need coffee or a snack I would most definitely recommend this Dunkin??the staff is super quirky and sweet. They... always work super quickly and efficiently. I use to work here two days a week . Management is crooked and Was quick to short peoples hours and not supportive to the... teenagers who worked here. I had many workers who came to me about it and I sent them to upper management about the issuesespecially being shorted hours or working over the limit for being in high school. Parents and school admins were eveninvolved. Teens went to the owner and got yelled at by manager for contacting the owner. Even called other store managers foradvice. If your a teen this is not a store for you to work at. I left on good terms in June last year and turned in a letter ofresignation dated and I have a copy and they put on paychex I was fired last year in October for false reasons. For the first time in many years I decided to again grab a coffee and breakfast at Dunkins. I found the service to be good... however I was dismayed at the first bite of their sausage Egg and Cheese Croissant. Clearly it was not fresh and was so lukewarm that the cheese was not even melted a bit. It honestly was bland, tasteless and I was only to eat a couple bites for it wasliterally as difficult as chewing on wet cardboard and paper. For the price, it was a complete rip off. Food is usually fine, but over the last year the drive thru is unbelievably slow to the point even if you think you're giving... yourself time, you'll still be late to work. And the guy running the drive thru in the morning lately is incredibly tired andmiserable to the point its very rude. He has blonde short hair and glasses. Like no eye contact, barely says hello, never asmile. Worst customer service. This morning I went through the line and there was hardly any communication. I couldn't tell ifhe truly hates his job or if he was exhausted. Either way, I feel sorry for him. Unhappy employees say a lot of how a businessis being run. Read more
The coffee is good when they get the order correct. That's the only reason I didn't give them 1 star. The service is trash. Even... if you go inside you're standing at the register waiting while six people are walking aimlessly with a glazed look in theireyes. I could understand if they were understaffed or even busy.
