I went here because I had to be in Fairport and I saw that there were some okay reviews. And, I will say that the fried... dumplings were okay. It seems that they make their own wrappers because they?re nice and thick and chewy. The Kung Paochicken, however, was not good at all. I?ve had Kung Pao chicken probably a thousand times in my life from many differentrestaurants and this Kung Pao was unlike anything I?ve had, and not in a good way. There was hardly any chicken in it and itwas covered in a thick, goopy, unappetizing sauce. The ?fried rice? was artificially yellow and had no taste except for a hintof old oil flavor. BUT, how many times did my egg roll get fried and refried? 10? 20? It was completely inedible. And, theworst part is that they knew what it looked like and gave it to me anyway! They had to have seen it when they picked it up, putit in a little bag and then in my order. There?s no excuse. I definitely won?t be coming back. I don?t understand why thereare positive reviews for this place. I guess a lot of people have never had good Chinese food to compare it to. Do better,China King. Read more

Excellent steamed dumplings! This place serves the thick, chewy pork dumplings. They appear to be homemade. Too many Chinese... places these days are using cheap, frozen gyoza, which are not Chinese style dumplings, and are usually terrible. Not thisplace! My favorite part of ordering from here is the "WHAT YOU WANT?!" I get from them answering their phone, the next best part is... how they push a $15 minimum for charge but most of their menu is priced in way you get to much or too little. The food has losta lot quality since they changed hands in the family. Clean the place up a bit too, looks like a dump in there. Read more
LOVE China King!!! They have the best Chinese food I?ve ever eaten, the prices are great, and they?re always very kind and have... fast service. Some family favorites are the steamed dumplings (delicious!), egg rolls, wonton soup, and sesame chicken (so sogood!). They have great lunch specials as well. I have been going to china king for years. Great food! Price is great too. BUT the last visits I dread calling OR going in. The... boy who answers and/or when you go in to order is NOT polite at all!!! . He just seems like he has to be there and doesn?t wantto be there.! Please have someone else answer your phone OR be up front. I really don?t want to go somewhere else. Read more
