First time here, visited on a Sunday afternoon around 5pm. As the voice recording says when you call, reservations are strongly... recommended as they are not at full staff. It was pretty busy and I'm glad we called the day before. We got the cheese curdsout first and they were awesome! Steaks were ordered for the main course and were ok but nothing over the top. For dessert weordered the fried chimichanga filled with fruit - very tasty and it didn't last long :) Yes, you should check this place out ifyou're in the area. We'll likely be back but will check out others restaurants around the area first. Knocking off 1 star forthe steaks and general high prices. Read more

My wife and I went here for our anniversary. Food was good. Interesting thing is they have a menu with prices, when the bill... came, some items were higher by about 15%. When I asked about it they said some of their items had increased in cost to them.You would think that they would have the decency to tell you that upfront or try to work with you, like split the difference orhalf off on a dessert. It?s hard to find anything to be critical about regarding this spectacular restaurant. I?ve now been twice and both times the... service has been excellent. Really great staff who are knowledgeable about the unique menu. The menu has some fantastic andunique ingredients cooked the right way. The cactus, in every form, is spot on. Caesar chipotle dressing and the polentacroutons were a standout on the salad menu. First night, I had the buffalo flank steak, cooked perfectly, and then the secondnight I had the best NY strip I?ve had ? anywhere. This crew knows how to cook and how to treat customers. What an interesting selection of ingredients and flavors! Though on the expensive side, this place has got some great main... meals and drinks that are more gourmet bistro style than "southwestern" as labeled on Google Maps. The wait staff is friendlyand on-the-spot. And the interior decor is a intriguing mix of art, ranch cabin, and grill. We'll definitely be back again! Read more
