My husband and I stopped in Fairmont, WV for the night while driving across the east coast. We chose to eat here according to... the reviews which sounded great. We didn't know what to expect since we've never been in Fairmont. The service was great, purwaitress Amanda was great. The atmosphere was fine but needed some decluttering and updating. The restrooms definitely neededsome cleaning. Restaurant was very busy and looked like it was mostly locals. So in regards to the food, I guess for a smalltown it was good. We are from a large city and we are also Italian. My pasta was good however, we mix our sauce into the pasta, they just laid it on top. My husband ordered eggplant parm with the side of spaghetti, not good at all. The sauce was laid ontop of the pasta, no sauce on the eggplant. It was dry and very salty. My husband never complains and always finishes his meal. Not this time. He attempted to finish it, but ge didn't. Of course Amanda asked if he wanted to take it home to which hereplied no thanks. He did however told her it was salty. Too bad for us. We paid for our whole meal to which we didn't reallyenjoy. It is a local restaurant so the people eating there enjoy it. We aren't locals, so it's not a place we would visit again. Read more

We just ate here as a family of 18 after a funeral andaccommodated us perfectly complete with 2 servers and utmost attention even stoping to take our group photo in another roomafter our meal. They suggested the appetizers platters. Highly recommend! They were delicious & perfect to share family stylewith huge portions! We all took home leftovers from our regular meals! Read more

A MUST GO TO here in Fairmont. The Italian food was amazing, service was amazing, the drinks were amazing. The Cesare salad... dressing was unlike we have ever had before. It almost had a spice to it. I loved the shrimp fra Diavlo as my entree. It was SOGOOD. One thing we did wish was for the meatballs to be a little bigger. My fiance thought that the meat used in the meatballswas too finely minced. Odd thing, but that's how he felt! Definitely will be back :) Read more

The food was delicious! I felt the price was good for the portion sizes they served. On par with Texas Roadhouse and maybe a... bit more expensive than Olive Garden, but way better. The staff was plentiful and friendly; although they didn't lookentirely happy to be there either (perhaps an excessively strict manager, who knows!). Overall, I would recommend this for anice meal out or date night and plan to go back. Read more
