We waited a real long time for our food tonight and I didn?t think it was that busy. After we had waited awhile, the waitress... let us know our food would be out shortly, and it was. She told us that no one shows up for work and the air conditioning in thekitchen is out (it was 95 degrees today) and on and on she went. Food was delicious. Order the salmon with teriyaki seasoning. UNBELIEVABLY GOOD! WOW!!!! great service... Great prices.
It was nice to be able to go into a restaurant and be service right away. I was with my parents and we were offered drinks... right away and within 5 minutes, the waitress was back to take our food order. Our food was delivered in the right amount oftime and everything came out hot and fresh. The portions for the salad and the shrimp meal were extremely generous. I don'tthink I have ever seen such a huge portion of fries as a side on a meal as I did for this meal. The fries alone could have beena meal! Generally in times when prices are much higher than normal for restaurants to purchase, one would think the portionsizes would go down on meals. This wasn't the case here. Overall pleased. The only disappointing thing was that it took ourserver longer than normal to check back when we were finished to give us our check so we could be on our way. Read more
I ordered California Benedict. I looked at the avacados before eating it and they were brown and some spots black. (A person... looked at those and decided to send it out to me to consume.) I got it to go and was in a hurry so I didn?t have time to get itreplaced. I feel like I wasted 15$ on a 5$ experience. Read more

That was the worst my experience in perkins. We were waiting for our food for at least 40 minutes. And as you know they have a... half capacity right now. So it wasn't like crowded or something. Why it took so long we don't know. Then the meat was burned. Iliked my banana cream pie. I hope you will improve your service. It is very important that people want to come back to yourrestaurant. Stuffed myself. Brandon was my waiter and he was spot on with answers to the questions i had, and with the coffee. Wish Perkins... had more locations in other parts of the country. They get scarce south of I-80. Edit : I don't know what happened to the restof my review. I complimented Brandon yes, but the rest of this post honored the service I received from Ashley and noted thequelling us to the restaurant. I mentioned Jackson's name as well since he was the manager that was on duty when I was there. Ifeel this place has a wonderful compliment of staff. When I returned yesterday I had M as my waitress and it seems each time Ifrequent this place I get better service and I was extremely satisfied with Brandon on my 1st visit. Whatever you do Perkins,please keep whoever hires your staff on your payroll. And do what you can to hang on to this staff. You're clean restaurant andgreat menu would not be as effective without them. Thanks for being one of the best restaurants and most reasonably pricedrestaurants out there. Read more
Pick up food took an hour wait even though I called ahead and arrived at the time they told me to pick it up. Not ordering again... to pick up. They don't provide napkins or forks on the order. Food and dessert are good. Read more
