My Mobile order picked ... this is not what I expected after I went on my way Driving once I looked at my coffee I was Like No... way I turned around went back threw the drive threw (Emily) I did ask for the Manager she (Emily) told me that there is ashortage,Wow you don't say Emily look,then she wanted to add more milk (Mind you all I was on the phone while in a longggggline drive threw,I just left I just won't Go there Ever again Period bad Service. There was a day when Starbucks was actually decent. Anymore, the coffee tastes like metal, the amount of sugar in any number of... their drinks is enough to give a world class athlete diabetes immediately, and their faux attempt at fancy foods and fingersandwiches (aka basic ***** treats) is laughable at absolute best. If you want good coffee and you want to support localbusinesses go somewhere like Angel falls in highland square. Or any number of other locally owned chains or coffee shops. Don'twaste your money on starbucks. It's garbage. Read more

I went this morning , and it?s a rainy day ,sorta feeling kinda Blah , well the staff there was so kind and pleasant, the lady... that stood in the rain and took my order , greeted me with a smile , and smiled the whole entire time and offered sandwichsuggestions, the lady at the window , engaged me in pleasant conversation while my drink of choice was brewing, I can honestlysay my BEST service I received at Starbucks was on W.Market fairlawn location ! My absolute favorite Starbucks to go to, I just love Nick, Kelly, Sam, Kim, Dae, Jasmine, Crissy, Londyn. They make my day so... much better seeing their smiling faces and they all are so funny!!! I also love that they know my drink and already have itready for me when I show up!!! Best staff ever. I swear if they get rid of anyone there Target wont see anymore of my business,I only go to see them!!! Read more
Too expensive but coffee was very good. Don't have a good selection of flavors for sugar free options is a big factor in how... often I go. I never go when I'm the only one wanting a drink because the lack of sugar free options. Read more
