Poor quality and poor service. Got order wrong, pizza overcooked.
The worst pizza business in Akron. 1. they hang up when you call. 2. They do NOT DELIVER even when 1.5 miles away. 3. They... tell you to call Valley store and they tell you to call Montrose and Valley does NOT deliver to same zip code ! 4. Owners andstaff are rude and they know it and don't care. 5. Don't even waste your time trying oder on Grubb or Uber eats owners won'tallow it. Besides that the food is mediocre at best. Had great luck at other locations but run from the Montrose and Valleyshops. Read more
This is the second time I've attempted to order take out from the Montrose location and called multiple times no one answers the... phone. Unacceptable for 3:15pm during the week! Whoever manages this location should be fired Read more
Everything about this place is very good in my opinion. The spinach salad is really good and fresh. The chicken is the best in... town, again my opinion. Pizza is great love the gionios bread. I highly recommend this place. We have it at least once a week. Read more
I ordered pizza, wings and garlic bread. Pizza and garlic bread were great. The boneless wings were still cold (frozen) and the... container was so full of useless sauce, it spilled on my sister and continued to leak in the car on my seats. I have gone tothis place for years at several of the locations and have never had such issues. Hoping it was just a new person or off night. Read more
Pizza, chicken and jo-jo?s are really good! Don?t listen to the bad reviews because people only come on here to complain most of... the time. My experience has always been great and this is some of the best pizza in this area in my opinion. I?ve tried pizzafar and wide including New York City?s best so I know what I?m talking about. I wish I could put 0 stars.. Not only did it take an hour and a half to get my food but when it finally arrived my food was cold... and the subs were disgusting. The lettuce was brown and slimy with a nasty taste. When I called to let them know the person thatanswered the phone was VERY rude. When I asked her to hold for a moment to ask my coworker if he wanted something else sheyelled" We have a complainer".... then she hung up on me.
