Great donuts and an awesome stuff who is happy to help and answer questions! Also learned you can also create your own... customized donut if any of the premade options aren't what you are looking for. I would chose them over Peace, Love, and LittleDonuts because Duck Donuts are larger in size and fluffier in texture vs other competitors and you are getting a larger sizedonut. I try to visit whenever I'm in the mall, it's worth the trip to the food court! Plus they also have coffee too if youdon't feel like waiting in line for Starbucks. Read more
I love the concept (& product!) of Duck Donuts, however, I have only experienced a 3.5/4 star service at this location. I love... that the donuts are made to your liking, served fresh & warm. I almost go into sensory overload with all choices of toppings,drizzles & icings. I hope leadership & management continues to develop & train their staff. Read more
My first time visiting and a gentleman greeted me and told me how Duck Donuts works. You can select your own topping or choose... one off the menu. He was very friendly great customer service. HOWEVER? I walked in from the mall and a noticeable 10-15 degreedifference. It honestly may have been more. The door was open as to give a breeze however that was not doing anything. I askedthe gentleman before I left if the air conditioning is broken? He said no we don?t have air conditioning here. I?m actuallyshocked at the working conditions. There are many appliances constantly going and it must be even hotter behind the counter. Ithink it must have been 80 degrees in the shop and absolutely nary a fan in sight. I would have passed out working there.Whoever is the manager or owner should install air conditioning and fans for the employees and guests ASAP. I tried Duck Donuts for the first time and they honestly were amazing. They were fresh and not too sweet, or too soft or oily.... Both my son and I enjoyed them ( I got the cinnamon sugar and he got beach ball). The reason I only gave it three stars isbecause of customer service. There was only one girl working but she would not greet customers when they walk in and you?ll endup waiting awkwardly for a while. It is very rude and disrespectful to come in and stand for 10 minutes without even beingacknowledged or welcomed. I recommend they get some customer service training and hire more people as well to efficiently andsmoothly complete orders. Read more
