Possibly the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen in a restaurant. Gross

The location in Fairlawn has their inside dinning area open for seating! So much better than sitting in the car for breakfast!

I always come in with large orders. Mike is the absolute best. He?s so patient when I come in with my list & I try to group... things to make it as easy as possible. The lady at the register, I wish I caught her name is always so friendly and patient aswell. As for the other employees. Completely opposite. One much older looking employee with grey hair berated him in front of meone day and told him he was not being helpful. I made it a point to say out loud that he was indeed being helpful ( he wasmaking 10+ bagel sandwiches for me). It was completely out of line for her not not only say that in front of a customer but toeven say to him to begin with. Then I go in today and I get Mike again. Again so friendly and helpful makes a point to get toknow you and ask how you are. Then a younger girl kept talking over us while we were going through and making sure we weregetting my order and bossing the both of us around. She was not helping with my order whatso ever. There was no reason for herto be rude. Then she started to boss my favorite lady with black hair (again I wish I got her name!) around and trying to tellher what I ordered. Lady informed her that I always bring my list and she will ring me up when I make it to register. Whilereading off my order like I always do, word for word, she kept interjecting making sure I told the lady I had cream cheese on mysandwiches as if I was trying cheat the company out of a few dollars and the lady at register kindly told her that I had alreadylet her know which ones had cream cheese. I have no idea why she had to be so rude and controlling. I see I?m not the first tocomplain about how employees are treated by other employees at this location. Something needs to be done because you really dohave some awesome employees and I don?t like how they are being treated. Read more

I absolutely love their bagels but they are now $1.99 each. Obscene for a piece of bread. I used to live in Chicago and went to... New York Bagels in Skokie all the time. I just checked. Their bagels are still $1. Five stars for the bagels and one star forthe price = 3 stars. Read more

I was absolutely disgusted when walking into this establishment this morning. I was greeted by a young fellow and said he would... be with me in a min. He then went over to tell the woman who had a complicated order how to order it next time to make it easyfor her , he gets five stars . The manager however yelled at him in front of everyone to the point I was embarrassed for him , she was basically demeaning him and you could see it in this poor kids face . That?s when I leaned in and told him he was doinga great job. As I got up to pay I was missing a bagel so I asked the rude manager who was at the register and she yells at thisyoung man again asking where the bagel is that SHE actually made and just left there. I have honestly never witnessed such poormanagement and we all wonder why these industries are taking a hit , people leave jobs due to bad management and I wouldn?t wantto work a day with this woman . She had short hair and glasses. So to the young man working today , you did a great job , youwere kind , I watched you be helpful and assist others all while you were being berated in front of other staff and customers. You deserve better ! I had a very good experience there. The bagel I ordered was the Pepper Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on an Everything Bagel. Very good.... The people handling food wore masks, gloves, and were very good about getting the food out in a presentable manner. Wouldrecommend, for sure. Read more

Not sure what's going on here. They need some quality control. Maybe better management. If they cared maybe the bagels wouldn't... be so inconsistent. Sometimes very small, sometimes very tough and not proofed enough. Skimp on the seasoning too. I agree withothers, staff needs some customer service skills training. I have witnessed staff be quite rude to some customers. Seems likethey have a lot of staff turnover. Read more
