Excellent place to eat inside, newly remodeled and the food was the best I've had at a restaurant in Fairhope! We had Spring... rolls as an appetizer and a "WOK BY D' BAY" Sushi roll its deep fried and huge topped with spicy crawfish! Then I ordered aGeneral Tso Chicken (superb!) and my friend ordered Shrimp Tempenyaki! The service was almost impeccable but could be improved!Music was a litte bit too loud, however it was very delicious and ill definitely be back! Compared to other restaurants the Chefdeserves a Michelin Star! ????????? ???? Read more

I?m not sure why it is required to tip for a to-go order and a water. Coworker and I ordered some fried rice to go and then... decided we would like to sit on the patio. They said it was fine for us to sit outside. We never asked to be served. But werealized we didn?t have anything to drink so I walked inside and asked for two waters. What I am guessing is the manager went tothe back and came back out to say they didn?t have any to-go cups. I said that was fine and walked back outside. She followed meout and came to our table and told us that since we were sitting outside and that we asked for water that we were now beingserved. She said it was rude to not leave a tip because their workers only make $2 an hour. We wanted some water and that wasit. We got up and left, completely appalled at the fact that she actually came outside and was rude about not leaving a tip onwhat was originally a to-go order. Read more

The kitchen food is pretty good - but the sushi guys make you want to come back. Their sushi is great! The atmosphere is great!... I have been here MULTIPLE times with my family and every time we are never greeted kindly at the door. No one ever greets uskindly as we walk in. The waitress always forgets something at our table and never gives us refills unless we ask. The managerespecially seems to never have a smile on their face and you think they?d be more polite to their customers considering theywork in the hospitality industry. Again, this has not been just one time but more than 7 times. I?ve been in the food industryfor over 15 years, and this is the worst establishment I?ve seen in a long time. I think the owners of this establishment reallyneed to focus on their management and employees because it is an embarrassment. Read more
