The customer service at this McDonald's location is TERRIBLE. I suggest you go in the morning if you want to receive good... customer service. They are very rude and dont even speak late afternoon or evening. The guy Richard in the front is very rudeand won't give you your food unless you show a receipt even if he just saw you order and pay for your food. I asked if hecould look it up bc I literally just placed the order. He hit the screen a few times and said he couldnt find it and walkedaway. It took 10 minutes to get the large fry he saw me order. The lady who took my order during the rush was great. But the manager Lena was yelling and screaming at the cashier for not... having the drive thru line go fast enough. She didnt need to do that especially in front of customers. Maybe if she had morethan one person actually taking orders and someone to actually making drinks and handing out the orders on window 2 the linewould move faster. I waited literally 5 minutes before my 2 drinks were handed to me and I saw my bag of food sitting there andall they needed to do was hand it to me but the drink person couldn't do both apparently. I'm not the type to review fast foodbecause I've been in fast food before but manager lena needs to check herself. Read more

Not sure who needs to see this, the GM or the owner but you?ve got a big problem with this location, pull up to the speaker to... order and it?s like a ghost town, nobody greets us or takes our order, we wait for prob 2 mins and still nothing, we pull to thefirst window and nobody there so we pull up to the pickup window and nobody there, finally a young lady comes up and opens thewindow, all we wanted was 2 coffees but apparently the coffee machine is broken! I can no longer eat your food due to human cells and flesh that are in your meat! I gag thinking how many Big Macs in my life... I've eaten! People need to know the truth! MacDonalds in Murphy off 544 has one of the rudest associates, Kimberly works thepick up window, she doesn't smile, she doesn't talk she hardly looks at you. Even when I spoke to the MOD she knew it yet keepsher on the window. She should be flipping burgers or taking out the trash with her attitude away from the public eye! Agree with the many reviews about the atrocious "customer service" here. On the way through town, none of the workers were... friendly, but one young white oversized female with a nose stud working the second window on the afternoon of 9/19/2022 had ahorribly nasty attitude in particular and lashed out for simply trying to collect an order and be on my way. One person's sourattitude towards unsuspecting bystanders because of their own personal misery can ruin an otherwise perfectly fine day oftraveling. I paid for food; I don't recall ordering a side of discrimination and abuse. I'd rather eat dirt, would never returnhere, and 100% do not recommend! Read more

Great customer service, food hot and fresh, only thing is the guy bagging food messed up 3 orders in a row. Three customers... standing at the counter exchanging food. Then he seemed a little vexed. So the manager came up to help. Other than that I woulddefinitely visit again. Read more

Never eat here!!!! Worst McDonald's experience ever. They messed up the order. I went in to get them to fix it. They accused me... of ordering wrong despite what the board said. The owner started yelling at me and she said it was my fault and they would neverfix it again. The new owner had bought the store yesterday. We used to go multiple times a week. Will never return, will reportto corporate, will file a lawsuit. By yelling at me the owner triggered my PTSD. The owner needs to learn to takeresponsibility for her own actions. Read more

Waited very long for only 2 drinks that was ordered through the app and should have been quick to make. As a current McDonald's... worker, it was very displeasing to see the worker have so much attitude and threw down the receipt to my mom's order on to thecounter and not give it to her. It was even more displeasing to see her slam the drink down, leave, and talk badly about my momto her coworkers when all my mom said was her order needed to be taken. It should not be this bad even when you have a bad dayyou need to treat customers right. Read more
