8/17/22 around 11 A.m. I placed my order it was wrong maybe because Darnesha C. The black girl at the register was so busy... flirting with the fat black dude working with her I kept trying to get her attention but she was dazed and confused they didcorrect my order but they need to replace her rude mentally challenged self to busy talking.. do your job!! Drive through workers are disrespectful. My order was wrong and when I went back they argue with me saying he gave me... everything but I didn?t have half of my orders. And I even show them the recipe will not be coming if the workers don?t changebecause I pay full amount of money and still don?t receive my orders. Read more
This is by far the BEST Taco Bell location! Their food is ALWAYS fresh and my order is ALWAYS accurate no matter the time of day... or night. I have never had an issue at this location. I actually drive past 2 Taco Bell locations to go to this one. I have beento multiple other locations that disappoint. Either their food isn't tasty, the employees are rude, or they are out ofingredients such as nachos, soft taco shells, tomatoes, lettuce or they are out of mild sauce but don't mention until you'veordered & paid for your meal. This location receives 10 out of 10 on freshness of food, accuracy of order, polite customerservice, and stock of items in order to receive my entire meal. Thank you so very much! Read more
I will say that most of the time I feel like this place is average but I will say that whoever was working on April 9th has to... be there best team there. With it being a Friday night at 1am they were flying threw customers and the lady that was at thewindow was amazing nice and I don't think I have ever had better made food from this location before taste and made better thanthis. 12/04/21 update: Continues to consistently be awful in every aspect. I'll be periodically updating with photos of comically... underfilled, under-portioned items. Old, but still accurate review: I love Taco Bell, but this location is by far the worstexperience I have had with the chain. Our order is wrong or missing items more often than not. Most recently, I was givenseveral items that should have been "supreme", but they were not. Furthermore, the amount of filling in the tacos was incrediblydisappointing and much less than advertised. I did not discover this until I got home as the obligatory item count check did notreveal the lacking and incorrect ingredients. After driving 15 minutes back to Taco Bell, and waiting another 15 in the drivethrough, the manager disinterestedly informed me that I should not expect to receive the same product pictured and advertised onthe menu in regards to the fullness of tacos and the like, as if defending false advertisement was just part and parcel of aTaco Bell manager's job. I unfortunately did not take a picture of the original items in the order, but I have included one ofthe remade tacos, as they were barely better. They were at least correctly supreme. Fair warning to anyone choosing to visitthis location, you will not get what the menu advertises to you, and you will be scoffed at by management if you attempt tobring it up for correction. We went through the drive thru tonight after trick or treating. We got our bag and I noticed that one of my kids food was... missing. They repeatedly told me to check my bag "because its all there" after a little back and forth about it not actuallybeing in the bag, someone came from the back and rudely demanded I "keep it moving cause I checked it myself" as he slammed thewindow ... It was in fact not even the only thing missing from our order .. absolutely terrible customer service as I evenoffered for them to check the bag themselves.. terrible attitudes. Read more
