The same lady that worked at the location on Pleasant Ave. in Fairfield is the same lady working at the location off dixie hwy... at this location. Worst Subway ever! They were worried more about going outside to be on their phones rather than making orders. They rush you... through like it's always closing time. I won't be bothering them with my business anymore. Read more

Store will not accept corporate coupons that are mailed. Nice young lady that waited on me stated the coupons must say "greater... Cincinnati are on the coupons per her manager. Read more

I have no idea why they feel like black olives are priceless and you're only allowed x amount. They did something different to... the bread it does not toast like it used to. I remember reading something about how they altered it whatever. Subway used to bemy favorite but I'm going to give it to because it used to be my favorite. Read more

Ordered 3 platters for a party yesterday. Picture of the platter was shown with condiments in bowls on the side. Picked up the... order and when I got home realized there were no condiments. I called the store and spoke to a rather confused employee whocould not find anything about my order and told me the person who made my order was off until Monday. I asked to speak to themanager and was told there was not one there yesterday but she would have a manager call me (I assumed from home) in a fewminutes. No one called and remainder of the day no one would answer the phone. After about 2 hours we started to eat and allthe condiments were on the sandwiches. Half of our guests wouldn't eat them because they didn't like the condiments that shouldhave been on the side. This experience with Subway was very disappointing and I have yet to receive a call from anyone. Totally a waste of money as I ended throwing half the sandwiches in the trash. I would not reccomend ordering catering fromSubway. When there is a probelm with your order there is no one available to fix it. Read more
