I went through the drive-thru 10-03-2022. I ordered cheese coneys and a Pepsi. I ordered my coneys sloppy. When I got home ... there was approx a tablespoon of chili on them . You couldn't even taste the chili. If you like your coneys sloppy I suggestSkyline over past The Cincinnati Mall on Winton Rd. They know how to make them! These is the 3rd time I have gone to the oneon Hicks Blvd asking for them sloppy and never getting them that way. I only go there because it is closer to home. It's my go to for fast friendly service accept for the one on Brown Street in Dayton. The manager is ok but her workers are... something else. One was on her phone while she worked and wouldnt talk to us at the bar. The Food was good as always butService/employee's need attention. Read more
Arrived at 8:45om on a Friday night to have the staff lock the doors on us and not let us in. Kid in crutches staff member in... red hurried to lock the door in front of us . Called management today all they did was say sorry and ? they will make a note ofit.? Poor management poor customer service. I was at home feeling good and hungry so I figured it must be skyline time. When I arrived, a sign showing that a table was... clean and ready for seating was visible. I ordered a large three way with onions and a lemonade. My food was served quickly andit was hot and delicious! The server was very pleasant and had excellent customer service skills.
