This is not the same Richards. Steak sandwich meat changed a long time ago. Last night we had Spaghetti with meatballs and meat... sauce. The spaghetti tasted like it was leftover and sauce was different. It was dry. Meatballs were added to the top of thespaghetti no sauce on the meatballs. All in all spaghetti had no flavor. They did tell me their spaghetti comes pre- packaged. Ithought they made their own sauce. I am dissatisfied. I may as well bought it frozen from the grocery store. Their pizza isstill good. Read more
Accidentally ended up at Richards and thrilled to have found a new casual eats spot. Great tasting food made fresh to order.... Beer, wine, serve yourself soft drinks. Friendly staff. Take home yummy fudge! Read more
Delicious as usual! Worth the 1 & 1/2 hour drive from KY! I wish they would open one in KY, I would frequently eat there!
That staff are all wonderful and they made the food great. However beware if you are dining inside. The ac is broken and has... been for a while. So it was a bit uncomfortable eating in during the humid summer heat. The poor staff looked like they weremelting alive in the kitchen. Read more
Shame I can't give this zero stars. My pasta was burned. How do you BURN noodles? The fountain drink station's water button was... actually just sprite. Pizza is mainly just grease and has a really disgusting aftertaste. Their cheese packets are actually justcrushed red peppers also. Overall disgusting establishment. We went here for a birthday party. You order your food up front but they bring it out to you. We love the steak sandwiches! They... came out fresh and were perfect. This particular restaurant was clean and has a lot of room. You also refill your own drinks.They have Pepsi products. Overall, it was a good experience. Read more
I ordered their lunch meat Hoagie and the sandwich came out cold piled with onions. My fiance ordered the mushroom hoagie. It... came out with a pile of onions on it two mushrooms with no gravy. The fries were cold and literally burnt black. The worst food.We sent it back and got our money back. Will not come back to this place, ever. Hideous! Read more
