They are super slow super lazy . No instructions to tell you that their counter is for show and tell. Stood there for a good 15... mins till one of customers told me that to order I need to use the kiosk. Went the kiosk and showed items being sold out whilethey were still there. The soup came out cold and in a cup which I clearly ordered a bowl. As I was leaving I told the attendentabout the died flies she came over looked at it and didn?t attempt to clean it up. My friend and I have been there twice. We always get the broccoli cheese soup which is wonderful. But the bread is always cold... and we also dislike very much using the kiosk. It didn't want to take my Panera rewards card and it also didn't want to take mypayment right away I had to move to a different kiosk. I ordered some bagels and wanted to order a chocolate chip cookie and ittold me they were sold out when there was a whole case full of them. I really wish you would do away with the kiosk Read more
I understand you are a newer location, the server couldn't pronouncer basic ingredient names, the store is dirty with trash... laying everywhere, there are flies buzzing and landing on baked goods, breads, and food. The discount was not being appliedcorrectly and my order ended up being almost $5 cheaper once entered correctly. Read more

We visited today giving this location another chance after our previous visit our chicken noodle was completely just broth.... Barely any noodles and absolutely no chicken. This visit the same thing happened. After bringing it to the attention of themanager who herself stated ?I made it myself there were some noodles in there? she justified a 7 dollar bowl of soup by sayingthere was some noodles? Sat at the curbside pickup 15 minutes past the ?we are on the way with your order?. I went inside to pickup my order and my food... was cold and just sitting by the drive thru with no one to bring it. They had to go find my order. I?m a patient person and withtimes being the way they are and places being under staffed I understand, but when I got inside they were fully staffed and notbusy at all! HORRIBLE customer service! This is a brand new location and it was very nice inside and out. The employees were courteous and busy cleaning or serving... while we were inside. We both ordered the pick 2 with soup and salad. My issue is, when my salad came out the bowl was barelyhalf-full and my soup was room temperature. I was very underwhelmed by the food. I'm hoping it was just a quirk in a fairly newrestaurant and that this will be resolved soon. I would definitely try this location again in the future but hoping to be servedfood at the proper temperature and feel like I got what I paid for. Read more
I order pick up pretty often here they almost always slice the bagel I order not sliced and today they gave me the wrong... sandwich and I call and they won't refund it I was told I have to come back in and they will make a new one. So now I can't justplace and order and have it there waiting for me I have to go in and wait on them. So moral the story is if you're going toorder to go better check everything before you leave and hope you have time to wait for them to fix it when it's wrong. Read more
