Terrible place! No close sign in this place. Their system did not show a close sign either. I ordered my pizza and went to pick... on time. I waited extra 30 minutes outside and called them so many times but no response. I called the next day and, the managerwas like ?We were close yesterday and we returned your money? Why there is no closed sign in Google? Why they took orders ifthey are close? Why does the store have no close sign either? One of the worst places in the town. Read more

I get that they are short staffed. Just not a friendly place anymore. They wanted to argue with me over 1 blue cheese for 30... wings. Needless to say I was charged for a extra cup. Wont be back. Read more

First they couldn?t find my online order, then it was late, then they refused to wait on my husband, who just wanted our pizza... that was sitting there getting cold, but the owner, just kept making pizzas. This place needs to be shut down before someonegets sick or hurt. Not a clean place! She does not wash her hands!!! She waited on customers and then went right back to makingpizza!! Just gross!! Ordered a pizza for delivery knowing the estimated delivery time was 75 minutes, which was fine because I was not in a big hurry... for dinner. Got notification 1 minute before the estimated delivery time that it was on its way, then I waited another 30minutes for it to be delivered. Tried to call and was sent directly to voicemail. Nothing I called for a carry-out order. I ordered the all meat medium thick crust. I asked the lady to substitute pepperoni for... their bacon and she said she would. When I arrived at the store and looked at the pizza, there was an extra bacon on it. Thelady asked me what I wanted her to do and I said just take the cost of whatever they charge for a topping off the charge of thepizza. She said okay. She hit 20,000 buttons on the computer and then said that'll be $23.23 which is what the pizza originallycost. I told her, you didn't take the cost of the extra topping off. She said, oh, I need to get my manager to do that! So thenLeave it to Beaver manager came out and stood there and argued with me over the extra topping with the lid of the pizza box opentalking over my pizza. The food obviously wasn't up to specs and they need to start hiring adults instead of little kids to runthese operations. I will not be back! Read more

Very bad experience with the Pleasant Avenue location in Fairfield, OH. I placed a delivery well within the business delivery... time frame. My debit card was charged. In mid stream my order was cancelled. I then called the store and was told well itdepends on volume as to what time we close. I have never had this happen from this location.
