I went in today to find out about my refund and this is the nastiest, dirtiest place and so are the workers. The Dirty looking... so called manager Angela doesn't know how to refund or just doesn't want to. The cook Mike was sneezing into his hands and neverwent to wash them. They claimed to have refunded my money on the June 23 and it's now July 12 and still no refund. She put afriend on the phone for me to talk to claiming to be a DM and she sounded just as dumb as her friend in front of me and hung upon me. Waited 35 mins for a cheese pizza. 2 people came out to the parking to ask what I ordered because they didn?t write down the... order. Had to leave to get my child from daycare even though I had already paid. Came back 10 mins later to try to get my food.All 3 employees were outside smoking. Didn?t come to the drive thru window for 10 mins. 1 car drive away. I pulled up and awoman walked by the window repeatedly and ignored me for 10 mins. First off I order a stuff crust pepperoni pizza and got a cheese pizza. So I called them and they said let me get your name and... number and we will give a credit he put me on hold and forgot I was on holding hung up after being on hold for 15 minutes andcalled back and the phone still off the hook.
