I am so happy to know that the manager Hailey is now back working.. Every time I go in there from the hours of 1 to 3 or 4 PM... she's usually there, knows my order in-and-out, and takes really good care of me. If you're in there just double check and askfor her and sir and she will get your food order in-and-out. Read more
Lousy experience. I ordered through Door Dash, but the delivery is done by the store. I did not receive my drink and when I... contacted them about it, they claimed they could not assist me. The woman said she could have my drink sent back out, but shehad other orders. What about MY order that I didn't receive? She suggested I contact Door Dash to ask for a refund, which Iactually did prior to even calling them, but was told to contact the store..Maybe have a little respect for your customers?Trash service from this restaurant. Currently here now. No one inside the restaurant at all when we walked in. Guy got out of his car, came inside- didn?t bother to... wash his hands- took our order, put gloves on- still didn?t wash his hands- made our sandwiches and immediately went backoutside to his car. Unacceptable. So now we?re sitting in here, by ourselves, while some sort of timer/alarm goes off at topvolume? and we had to go get the employee out of his car to come in and shut it off.
