Called 3 times for carry out because my large vehicle doesn?t fit in the drive thru. No one answered the phone. Parked and went... inside and called the phone again to see if the phone worked it did, it was just being ignored. I looked around and there was atotal of 4 customers in the entire restaurant and 6-7 employees, but it seems no one is trained to answer a telephoneorder. Ordered a Big Boy sandwich combo with no pickles. After hearing all the advertising for the new chicken tenders I decidedto try them, 3 strips for $6.99 with ranch dressing. It only took a few minutes and when they brought my food to the counter andask if I wanted any sauces I ask for bbq instead of ranch and was told it would be .89 cents more, so okay ranch is good enough.I just spent $16 and gave a $4 tip so you can keep the bbq sauce. Here?s the results for my meal, the Big Boy was hot and tastyas usual but I guess it?s too difficult to not make this sandwich without a pickle! The fries were cold as usual, and the highlyover advertised chicken tenders were hot and dripping oil from the deep fryer, the batter was okay and the chicken was chewy. Idon?t see the tenders being a big hit and they?re definitely over priced. I guess the one thing they got correct was thefountain drink. It?s not hard to see why the dining was empty. I know the restaurant business is tough these days and I heardthat Frisch?s had a new chef that?s trying to revamp the menu, but the chicken tenders are not the answer! Read more

Enjoyed this all my life but after moving to Florida 6 years ago I came back to Cincinnati for a visit and demanded my cousins... take me Frisch's for a Big Boy. Has been their children's favorite for years but suddenly they don't have spaghetti anymore?Really? Spaghetti? It cost next to nothing and only requires water and fire to cook. BIG MISTAKE, HUGE, COLLOSAL. I reallydon't understand what you are thinking. On top of all that, those among us that went to the breakfast bar ate 3 times before wecomplained that others hadn't received their food when we had been there over 90 minutes. Same time we watched carload aftercarload of people come in behind us and eat. So sad. I gave 3 starts for what I know you can do. If I was rating this 1 visityou would owe me stars. I don't leave negative reviews lightly. Get it together. I flew 800 miles to get away from you now.Sad really. So disappointing Read more

We went to Frisch?s today just to have the breakfast bar. Everything was hot and delicious and the staff was amazing. Our... server Maria was the best. She was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. She even took the time to answer all ofour questions about the new menu. By far this is the best Frisch?s in the area. We will definitely be coming back here from nowon. Read more

Ordered 2 chicken tenders baskets during lunch time. Was made to pull forward and wait for my food which didn't bother me if I'm... going to receive fresh food. One of my tender meals was piping hot and extremely fresh. The other one was room temperature ,hard and dried out like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The cashier went to smoke right next to where we waitedfor the food and directly back inside without washing her hands. I saw her walk straight in the door back to her post. Read more
