Just plain poor management. Absentee owners or a corporate location I imagine. People playing on their phones and standing at an... empty counter. The worst Donatos I?ve ever been to. Lazy employees constantly standing around gossiping and smoking, lines wrapped around the... building while they?re doing so and food orders are never correct or fresh. It?s almost impressive that it?s as bad as it is andstill operating. I?ve since quit ordering from that location after the ?manager? was useless and full of attitude when we askedour last order to be corrected. I try to be kind to food service workers because people can be rude, but that location isnothing but poor attitudes, sloppy work ethic and overall just full of generally useless workers. Everything is still COVID?sfault also?pizza not ready in specified time, covid. Order prepared wrong?covid. Total was incorrect?covid. The workers there were very friendly and greeted me right away. The pizza was ready within 5 minutes of the order time. And they... didn?t mess up the special requests. Read more
The pizza is amazing! Just never order a salad. Twice now they have forgotten it, promised and refund, but I never got it. And... this last time they brought a dressing pack that us super expired and curddled. Read more
Out of the last 6 orders, only 1 has been excellent. The rest have been ok (at best). If you select 'light sauce' you likely... won't get light sauce. Not only that, but the pizza box is smashed in and the pizza slid to one side of the box. The crust onthe pizza was not cut well enough for slicing and the dough wasn't fully cooked, it was soft and all flop, no crisp. If you doorder from here, get a small size if you want light sauce. We order all the time and is usually good. But we ordered Saturday night, and I will cut them some slack, I bet they were busy.... We called and ordered for delivery and we?re told it will be delivered in 45 minutes. We patiently waited. An hour went pass,and then an hour 1/2, and then 15 more minutes. We decided to call to make sure everything was okay. We waited a few minutes,and then the manager answered, and said that they were waiting for a DoorDash driver since they only had one delivery person,and was kind of rude when she told us. We just decided to pick it up, and since DoorDash didn?t deliver, we would have assumedthe delivery fee would be disputed, which it wasn?t. When we got home, the pizza was cold (because it?s been sitting out forover an hour 1/2) and the cheesy bread was burnt. I know businesses sometimes have rough nights, but we could have at least beentold that they were using DoorDash and not give us a false estimate time , or else we would have picked it up ourselves. Placed an order at 7:34pm. Delivery time said 8:41pm. My food NEVER arrived. I called 4x's store didn't answer. I spoke to 3... different customer reps whom also called store. No Answer. Then I looked at my text messages again and it has " order canceled" ???????? Why? Who canceled my order? Why won't they answer? What about the $25.00 I spent for food I never received? I took ascreen shot of my money spent and their messages about how to track my order- and then the canceled one too. I need anexplanation and a refund asap. ???????? Read more
