Ordered a pizza and accidentally placed it for carry out. Immediately attempted to call and fix the issue. 45 minutes later, I... am at the store and they finally answer the phone as I approach the counter. The look of annoyance of there face was only the3rd most notable emotion, 2nd only to my irritation, and the man behind myself who was giddy with amusement they do not answerthe phone and offered no apologies for the face that their phone was ringing for 45 MINUTES un answered, I can only imaginewhat those behind me in the queue were, and probably still are doing Read more
When i ordered was told 23 mins Its been an hour. I tracked the driver and he passed my neighborhood came back and delivered my... order. It was soggy and didnt taste very good. Not what I used to get. Ive ordered from the fairfield location for years. Thelast five or six times ive ordered i wasnt happy. Soggy, not cooked, burnt. You name it. The first pizza they made was incorrect but they did us right! We called as soon as we got home and noticed they did not make... our pizza half & half, the gentleman on the phone was very apologetic and said he could delivery the correct pizza in 45 minutesor we could pick it up in 10-12 minutes. We picked it up and it was WONDERFUL!! Thank you for being so professional andtreating us with courtesy and respect. Ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas. What I got was 2 crusts with very little sauce or toppings. Even using the mix & match deal... of $6.99 per item it was too much for what was mostly dough. I'll go back to my regular pizza place where they don't skimp onthe toppings. Read more
