I had to ask for a cup holder, this after ordering 2 medium blizzards and 1 medium sundae. When I asked for a cup holder the... drive thru cashier looked at me like I was stupid. I had to repeat myself thinking maybe she didn't hear me. My blizzards alsowere both watery because I had to wait for them to remake my sundae because they initially gave me a small instead of medium.They also gave me an attitude when I pointed out that I ordered a medium and NOT a small. I am never going here again. I'm nottrying to be difficult but it makes no sense to me why they have an attitude about the smallest request. I added a picture of mytake 5 blizzard that's in the freezer, it was so watery hopefully keeping it in the freezer will make it less watery. Btw I onlylive 5 minutes away and the temp outside was 55 degrees. Oh well I guess this is what $15 will get me. Read more
Cashier did not understand our order. But her English was better than the manager?s. Brought me a hamburger with mayonnaise. ... Our order was quite clear. $27 for $6 worth of food. Inflation I know. But come on. This is McDonalds level stuff. Couldhave gone to Penn Station for less. Or gotten two trays of fresh sushi at Jungle Jims. New DQ rule: ice cream stuff only. The girl at the counter was great, she took family's order and ask if we was dining inside or out. I said inside please. 2... dollars was added to the order. To eat inside they charge 2 dollars. My wife told my must DQ don't have inside dining, that waythey changed 2 dollars. Read more
I'm so happy this is here now. Full menu is available and they offer the flamethrower burger that I love. It was delicious. The... ice cream was good for the kids and mine was served upside-down. Love it and will be coming back soon and often. Read more
